Washington Post, Feb.2, 1986: "...vaccines
can be a risk for infected persons--virus in vaccines, like natural virus
infection...may activate latent viral infections" said Dr.
Robert Gallo of the National Institute of Health (and recognized
internationally as the virologist who "co-discovered" the HIV
virus).
